The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado Constitution replacing "federal" with "Colorado", and, in connection therewith, directing the revisor of statutes to replace "federal" with "Colorado" in statutes passed before this act and making the change in TABOR.

Single subject approved; title changed; titles set (3-0).
The Board determined that the proposed initiative requires the addition of language to the Colorado Constitution. The requirement for approval by fifty-five percent of the votes cast applies to this initiative.
