The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

An amendment to the Colorado Constitution replacing the word “United States” with “Colorado”, and, in connection therewith, directing the revisor of statutes to replace “United States” with “Colorado” in statutes passed before this act and replacing “United States” with “Colorado” in the Colorado Constitution in specific provisions that reference the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index, United States Department of Veterans Affairs, and the United States mails.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

Single subject approved; titles set (3-0).
The Board determined that the proposed initiative requires the addition of language to the Colorado Constitution. The requirement for approval by fifty-five percent of the votes cast applies to this initiative.
