The title as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:

A change to the Colorado Revised Statutes designating vehicular homicide and vehicular assault as crimes of violence resulting in longer sentences, and, in connection therewith, subjecting vehicular homicide and vehicular assault to crime of violence mandatory prison sentences and repealing the lower penalty for vehicular homicide committed while in immediate flight from the commission of another felony.

The ballot title and submission clause as designated and fixed by the Board is as follows:
